Service Agreement

Scope of Services

Agarwal Booking Packers and Movers provides comprehensive relocation services including packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking for both residential and commercial moves throughout India.

Booking Process

Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or email. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment.

Payment Policy

• 50% advance payment required to confirm booking
• Balance payment to be made in cash or online before goods delivery
• We reserve the right to withhold goods for non-payment

Customer Responsibilities

Inventory List

Customers must provide a detailed inventory list of all items to be moved. We are not responsible for undeclared items.

Prohibited Items

The following items cannot be transported:

• Illegal materials or substances
• Flammable or explosive materials
• Precious metals, jewelry, and cash
• Fragile electronics unless specifically declared

Insurance Coverage

All shipments include basic insurance coverage. Customers may request additional coverage at 1.5% of declared value.

Cancellations & Delays

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund for cancellations made 48+ hours before move
• 50% refund for 24-48 hour cancellations
• No refund for cancellations within 24 hours

Delay Circumstances

We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, accidents, etc.). We will inform customers and make alternative arrangements.

Liability Limitations

Damage or Loss

Claims for damage or loss will be settled based on the pre-move inventory checklist signed by the customer. Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for service failures due to force majeure events (natural disasters, war, riots, etc.).

General Provisions

Modification of Terms

Agarwal Booking Packers and Movers reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.

Dispute Resolution

Parties will attempt to resolve disputes through negotiation. Unresolved disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh courts.

Privacy

Customer information will be protected according to our Privacy Policy available on our website.
